Refund and return policy
Returns
You can return your goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the return cost. Refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving the goods back, unused and in their original packaging. There is no right of return or open purchase on assembled skis.
Send your return as a postal package, not a registered letter. Don't forget to pack the delivery note. Your order number is there and allows us to create a quick and smooth refund when the package is back with us.
Exchange right
You are responsible for the shipping cost for an exchange. Åre Skidsport is responsible for the shipping of the replacement product. Do you want to exchange an item? Email [email protected] and we will help you.

The package was damaged upon arrival - what do I do?
Åre Skidsport is responsible for products that are damaged during delivery. Report transport damage directly to the postal service on site.
Complaints
Åre Skidsport follows the Consumer Purchase Act and the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for complaints. Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint. The right of complaint does not cover defects caused by, for example, normal wear and tear. Save the order confirmation as a receipt for your item. Contact Åre Skidsport by email.
